For each paid Email ShoutOut, all fees & taxes are included with payment. You will be required to complete an Email Shoutout Request Form and agree to our Terms of Service. Please understand that all requests are handled by our team on a first come, first serve basis.
 
The total amount must be fully paid within 3 days, after the invoice is emailed to you.

Do you share subscriber / advertiser information with 3rd parities?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not sell or share your information at any time. It is kept only in our secure database and accessed only by our employees. After one unsubscribes, we delete all info associated with that subscriber.

Does Jordan's Book List advertise pre or new-releases?

Yes. As long as there is a valid link for subscribers to visit when the book advertised.

Do you assist in publishing eBooks?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not assist in any part of the book publishing process. We simply provide an avenue for authors and/or publishers to advertise books on our site.

How does Jordan's Book List decide which Advertisement Requests are approved for each book?

Accepted Answer

Our process for selecting books for advertising is based on a "First-come" "First-serve" bases. You may request advertising up to 30 calendar days in advance. Please keep in mind it takes up to 5-7 days to process your book for advertising, so any "last minute" requests may not be able to be satisfied due to time constraints.
 
If your advertisement request is disapproved, we will respond via email explaining why you were disapproved.

What should I do once my book has been approved for advertisement?

You will receive a confirmation email from us, stating the date in which your eBook will advertised to our email audience.

How long will my book be advertised?

Accepted Answer

All approved advertisements will be scheduled for one (1) calendar day. The exact date of the advertisement will be within your initially requested timeline and you will be notified of the specific day when you receive your approved advertisement request email.

All approved advertisements will be posted on our website for the ENTIRE duration of your advertisement request.

A customer's advertisement request is approved for March 5th - 9th.

The customer is notified via email the exact date their eBook will be advertised via email Shoutout. (March 6th in this example).

Their eBook will be advertised via email to our email list subscribers March 6th, but will be available to view on our site March 5th - 9th.

Within every daily email you receive from us, there is a link in the bottom of the email that states "You can add, remove or update your genre preferences here." Clicking that link will take to you a separate webpage where you can update your choices.
